During beverage production, beverage manufacturers quickly fill bottles along the conveyor belt. To ensure customer satisfaction and protect the brand reputation, the bottles must be fully and evenly filled. Measure and verify the amount of liquid in each bottle to reduce scrap and rework. In bottling plants, visual sensors are used for product quality inspection to identify bottles that are overfilled or underfilled.
Use the pixel counting tool to detect the relative presence or absence of liquids. There are too few registered pixels for under full bottles, while too many registered pixels for over full bottles. Check the trigger discharge function of unqualified bottles. The visual sensor that performs the pass/fail inspection is mounted on the conveyor belt and checks the liquid volume or level as the bottle flows. Through these tests, we can ensure that we can drink the same amount of drinks in each bottle.
